ahh...... i'm so pek chek recently for my sleeping lifestyle.
i just couldn't sleep at night!!! and my 失眠症 gets soooooo serious that i slept at 6.30am today! wakao! went to sleep around 330am after u guys left... but i couldn't sleep so i grab a book to read... read til 4.30am still not sleepy... then rot on my bed listening to my mp3 til 6.30am and finally i slept!!! and i woke up at 9.30am! cos i dont want to wake up in afternoon again.
how ah? anyone know how to improve this?
but i think today i couldn't sleep is because of the 鸳鸯!!!!!!!!!! ARGHHHHH. |
