Bangkok was reli our shopping paradise...=P I hafta nominate Mel our best "Wholesale" partner...hee...cos in order for us to get our stuff at wholesale prices, we nid to buy in bulk...at least 2-3 pieces & above...& Mel is always our favourite "target"...heeee... we din reli take alot of pictures...cos too busy shoppin liao...=P & after shopping, we were all vv tired & messy...so of cos we wun take any pictures of ourselves... some random fotos i can find....  the long-lost A&W bear!! we reli missed having A&W's curly fries so had to have one of our meals there...& of cos to take a pic wif A&W bear...hmm where's mel?? kena blocked by the bear.......=Phaha no lah...she's da fotographer...=P dis foto reminds mi of the other foto we took wif MacDonald during our last Bangkok trip... so i tink nxt trip there, we nid to find Mr KFC???   howeva, the food wasn't dat fantastic....we ate cold curly fries...chicken was so-so...& the place was super warm...........   the 2 Asia Hotel staff damn busy one...busy taking pictures wif tourists...wahahaha..countless of tourists asked them to take fotos wif them...so we followed suit as well...=P nxt up...food glorious food! we settled one of our lunch at MBK's new foodcourt called the Fifth Avenue...there were a wide variety of food for u to choose from...from all different countries...since we were in Bgk...Mel, yq & i had to have thai food...& i had to have my fav PHAI THAI & Green Curry~!!! It's almost the same as those i had in Spore...& the coconut drink was milky dao~ was reli damn full... Mel & yq had Tom Yum Goong wif River Prawns....the prawns looked shorter lah...=P dun noe y..but the soup wasn't dat spicy as we expected....& their portion was big dao~   Wq & Val had some turkish chicken wraps and waffle + ice cream!! very chocolatey~   we also went back to MBK for jap food~!! the food there is still as nice & value for money! we ate vv nice bbq sotong, some roll wif golden mushrooms?? & very nice yogurt soda... their bento sets were damn filling!   we oso happened to come across Secret Receipe! luv their lychee smoothie...superb cooling~ thirst quencher.....we ordered 4 cups of dat but dun noe y mel's lychee smoothie had a different color & taste from da rest...we suspected it was rotten lychee...wahaha...it's still a mystery now....=P wq ordered mocha.....it was gigantic! whip cream is damn cheap there as u can see....  Yq ate tom yum goong again...mel had beef ball noodles...tink da beef ball can bounce one...they said da soup damn nice lah....   then da 3 of us had cordon bleu chicken~!!! it was reli nice!! we ate until so full dat we din have space for cakes...   i tink dat's all on the food we had....reli value for money....weird huh...dat time we went wif OCL...we like vv pitiful sia...most of da time ate fastfood one...we have done ourselves some justice dis time...=P our loots~!! actually dat's juz wq & val's....mel,yq & i din get to take a foto of our loots...cos we vv fast packed into our luggages le....=P & we reli collected many plastic bags....   dun noe wat is this yq doing....so farNIE~ =P not forgetting the foot massage & the thai massage....mel & i had so much fun doing our part as Commentators during the thai massage...wahahaha... oh ya...remember i bot the mango sticky rice??? tell u guys....it's super nice lah~ regret sia...onli bot 2 packets back....nxt time go u guys mux buy lor... alrite....i tink dat's all for our bgk trip.....am so looking forward to our nxt trip~!!! remember....bgk our yearly trip ya??? =P |
